TSRS (Turkey Sustainability Reporting Standards) Sustainability Reporting Consultancy
Turkey Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS) is a set of mandatory standards that require companies and organizations, determined on a sectoral basis and in accordance with regulatory criteria, to transparently disclose their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.
In collaboration with Prof. Dr. Yıldırım Ercan Çalış, a faculty member at Marmara University, Faculty of Business Administration, our expert team provides end-to-end consultancy services to ensure full compliance with all the requirements stipulated by the standard. The process is conducted in close coordination with the client company and also includes post-audit revision support services.
Published in the Official Gazette on December 29, 2023, the TSRS was established by the Public Oversight Authority (KGK) and is based on the standards set by the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB).
The TSRS consists of two main standards:
- TSRS 1: General Requirements for Disclosure of Sustainability-Related Financial Information
- TSRS 2: Climate-Related Disclosures
Our consultancy services for both standards are structured as follows:
- Data Collection, Process Analysis, and Awareness Training
This phase covers all steps from the current state assessment to the definition of organizational and reporting boundaries.
- Preparation of Sustainability Reports in Compliance with TSRS 1 and TSRS 2
Our strategic approach includes all necessary reporting components, ranging from corporate governance practices to organizational carbon footprint calculations, tailored for each standard individually.
- Report Delivery and Optional Post-Submission Revision Support Package
The final report is delivered to the client, and additional support services are available based on specific needs following submission or audit.
The estimated project duration is approximately three months.
