The PREFUS Story
PREFUS was established in 2018 as a continuation of Orhun Emre Çelik Management and Actuarial Consultancy, which has been in operation since 2009. Our aim is to support the identification and resolution of the needs in the operational processes of institutions, particularly in actuarial matters, for our clients.
PREFUS provides services in actuarial analysis, market research, strategy development, process analysis and improvement, internal control and risk management, compliance audit, training, and other management activities along with our full-time experts, registered actuaries, intern actuaries and assistant actuaries and with engagement on a part time basis consultant network.
To enhance the technological aspect of these services, the Loss of Support Compensation Reporting Module, used internally since 2014, has been made available to insurance clients since 2018. Our collaboration with Addactis, concerning actuarial software related to IFRS17, reserves, pricing, and modelling, initiated in 2018, remains ongoing.
As a member of the Global Consulting Actuarial Network in Europe (GLOBACS EUROPE), PREFUS continues to provide responsible actuarial and consultancy services to numerous companies while also collaborating with various independent audit firms.
